Refund policy

Half-Day, One-Day, Two-Day, and Three-Day Training Classes

• Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to class start date/time.
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of class start date/time.
• No refunds once the class has started.
• All transaction fees will be subtracted from refund amount. 

12-Week Field Ready Program

• Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the class start date.
• No deposit refund if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the class start date.
• No refunds (deposit or tuition) once the class has started.
• All transaction fees will be subtracted from refund amount.
